Great service at a fair price. They were upfront about the qoute for a minor repair over the phone and they did not try to sell me anything extra once they came to fix it. Your are paying for a service so it will inherently be more expensive than doing it yourself. But the piece of mind I got for having them do it was well worth it.

I would have been happy to give 5 stars, but after there were scheduling problems on their end, and then wrong charges/accounting issues, a broken faucet and then a leak at an outside replaced spigot, the Office went dark on us and insisted that the guy onsite doing the work play middle man in delivering the necessary information. He was just as lost as we were...!As time went on, the relationship continued to deteriorate. Based on promises, mischarges and destruction, I really should give this 3.5 - 3.75 stars. Overall, the whole house PEX replumb got done.

Super impressed with Rocksteadys service and prices. Our faucet in our bathroom broke and wouldn’t turn off. Rocksteady was able to come the same day we called then and actually showed up earlier than estimated. Had it fixed in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Thank you!!

They responded in less than 24 hours for a NON EMERGENCY repair on our toilet. Absolutely professional and didn't cost an insane amount of money. He was literally finished repairing our toilet in under an hour and knew exactly what the issue was based upon the odor. Highly recommended!

We have had several leaks in the past which Rocksteady fixed on a timely basis. Danny did a Fantastic job taking care of the leaks as well as doing an entire replumb on part of the house. Danny was great to work with. Professional and courteous people. Thanks guys!

I called Rocksteady Plumbing, and I was DESPERATE! They were very professional, understanding, helpful and actually calmed me down. Depending on your plumbing situation, each case is unique, and my particular case was labor intensive. They not only guided me through the process, but worked with my insurance. Prices are reasonable & they are available 24/7. Cameron Stumbo, was my assigned plumber for 2 full days and he remained calm, professional, & determined to complete the difficult plumbing project. He even took the time, to explain where the faulty plumbing had gone wrong along with a full explanation of what the parts/labor would be that way there’d be no surprises. Cameron, went above and beyond, even as he worked underneath the house, in the crawl space, and pointed out issues to me. I partially entered the crawl space to see what his exact working conditions were and its insane to work in such limited space. I have very much respect ✊ for Cameron/Rocksteady Plumbing, trust their professional work and I will only recommend Rocksteady Plumbing to my family, friends, & real estate clients. Our family has used Rocksteady for years. I’ve also used them at work. This time they replumbed the entire house. Danny and Joseph were professional, clean, and friendly. They finished the job in the amount of time quoted and stayed late to ensure I had hot water that night as promised. I will continue to recommend Rocksteady Plumbing.

The words plumbing and reliable don't always go together. Then you have Rocksteady Plumbing. We have had them do quite a bit of work...including a new hybrid electric water heater. Paul is really outstanding, very able to deal with the most complex issues, while being, well rock steady! Most highly recommended.
